Where do you ship?

Shipping is available to the Continental U.S., Alaska & Hawaii, Canada, International.*

Do I need a PayPal account to place an order?

No. Our checkout offers all major credit & debit cards along with PayPal as payment options when placing an order.

Can I buy your products at a store or elsewhere online?

StringDog products are only available directly from us at our site, or from a marketing effort that also will come directly from us.

You offer a free trial on your strings, so if I wanted to return them how do I do so?

If you are unsatisfied with your strings within 60 days of receiving them, ship them back to us and we will issue a credit for the unused string packs. Include this form. Customer is responsible for shipping cost of any returns.

Do you offer a product warranty?

Yes. The 60 day trial period is for your satisfaction of the products. Additionally, there is a 90 day warranty for defective materials and/or workmanship. This excludes product misuse, abuse, standard wear and use, or string breakage. Customer is responsible for shipping to StringDog. StringDog will replace product or refund sale at Stringdog's discretion. StringDog will cover shipping cost to a customer for replacement of a product resulting from warranty claims made within 90 days of original delivery date. Return forms are available here.

* We can change shipping carriers for the same service at our discretion. Not responsible for any shipments outside of the US that are confiscated. We will not ship to any country that a shipping carrier prohibits, whether currently or from a future policy change. Further, we will not ship to any country for which an advisory bulletin has been issued. Any funds received for such orders not yet shipped (except confiscation) shall be refunded.
